We are very happy to welcome you to the 6TH Interdisciplinary Symposium on Public Procurement!

We would like to give you some handy information to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

Our Staff will be at your disposal for any information.

Security check and Conference Registration

At the entrance of the IUM (the Military University Institute), a security check will be carried out by IUM personnel. Please bring an identification document with you. Follow the signs to the Conference Auditorium and proceed to the Welcome Desk to collect your badge.

Certificate of Attendances will be sent by e-mail soon after the Conference, upon request.

Badges

Always wear your badge for PR and security reasons.

Luggage storage

Please ask the Welcome Desk if you need to store your luggage.

WiFi connection

WiFi will be available at the venue; WIFI access details are displayed throughout the campus, including the network name, a QR code, and the password. 

Mobiles

Please ensure that mobiles are switched off – or to silent – during the sessions.

Refreshments

Refreshments – coffee break and lunch – will be served during the conference. If you have any kind of allergy which you did not communicated before, please let us know, at your earliest convenience.

Privacy policy

All Conference sessions will be filmed and photographed. Therefore, participants are invited to read the Privacy Notice, which is available at the following link https://publicprocurementsymposium.it/2025/privacy

Attendees may ask the Staff for more information in case they do not want to be filmed or photographed.

Questionnaire

All participants are kindly requested to fill-out the Evaluation Questionnaire, following the instructions which will be given during the Conference. Participants’ feedback and suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Session material

Session materials will be made available on the Conference website a few days following the end of the Conference and will only be accessible to those who have registered for the Conference.
