Sabrina Comotto holds a PhD (Doctora en Ciencias Sociales) and a Master´s Degree in Public Policies for Development with Social Inclusion (FLACSO Argentina). She has also obtained a Master´s Degree in Public Procurement Law (Castilla-La Mancha University) and a Specialization Degree in Public Procurement (Universidad Nacional de San Martín, Argentina). Sabrina has 20 years academic and profesional experience in public procurement. She has served as an independent consultant, in-house advisor, professor and researcher for multiple national and international organizations. Nowadays, Sabrina is the Academic Coordinator of the Public Procurement Master of San Martín National University, Argentina.
