Claire Methven O’Brien (BA LLM PhD FHEA) is Reader in Law in the School of Law at the University of Dundee, Scotland. Her research, teaching and advisory practice focus on business and human rights, sustainable public procurement and corporate human rights due diligence.

Claire is a Global Practitioner at the University of Strathclyde Business School and an Honorary Lecturer at the University of St. Andrews School of Management. Her publications include the Council of Europe’s Business and Human Rights: A Handbook for Legal Practitioners.
